Welcome!

This is where we will post our workouts as we quest for the title of IronMan.  Yes, that's right IronMan, not Iron Woman.  Although we are three woman, the rules are the same.  We have to complete what the men do and earn the same title.  Two of us will be training in Arizona for IM Arizona on November 20, 2011 and I will be training in Florida for IM Florida on November 5, 2011.  Won't you join us?  Meet up with us to train, even if it is just a mile or two on our long runs or rides or meet us at the pool and count our laps.  We would love to have you with us no matter what you can do!  Of course, our greatest need is prayer.  Please pray for us to not grow weary (4 months of daily training amidst our family and work responsibilities is tough!), our physical health (we ain't no spring chickens here), and our minds (keep positive and consistent so God will bless our effort).  Thanks for taking this journey with us....we can't do it alone.
